Refunds & Returns Policy
At Studio Craft House, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it easy. Below is a simple breakdown of how our return and refund process works:
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns beyond that time frame.
2. Return Shipping Costs

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping will be your responsibility.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product isn’t working properly or shows visible damage, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and inspect the item once it’s back with us. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement, including original shipping costs.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Return shipping will be at your expense, and once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price (excluding shipping fees).
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you via email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund. If you haven’t seen it after 10 business days, contact us at support@studiocrafthouse.com and we’ll assist right away.
6. Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product and reason for return. We’ll always let you know before applying any fees.
