At Studio Craft House, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order, we’ll do everything we can to help.

To request a cancellation, please reach out to us at support@studiocrafthouse.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund right away.

If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it—but we’ll gladly assist you in arranging a return once it arrives. Please refer to our Return Policy for full instructions on how to proceed.
