When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, depending on availability. Some items may even ship the same day. While rare, unexpected delays can occur. Most customers receive their orders within 4 to 7 business days. If an extended delivery time applies, it will be noted on the product page. Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely. You can cancel for a full refund as long as your order hasn’t shipped. If you need to cancel, contact us right away at support@studiocrafthouse.com. Once your item has shipped, our standard 30-Day Return Policy will apply.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there’s any visible damage—even to the box—note it when signing. If you can’t check the item right away, we recommend writing “possible damage” on the delivery receipt. If you find any issues, send us clear photos at support@studiocrafthouse.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue compensation quickly.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order, followed by a second email with tracking details once it ships. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll contact you within one business day by email or phone.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. As soon as your order is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. We recommend saving this for your records. Be sure to double-check that your email is entered correctly at checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
We’re based in Illinois and only charge sales tax on orders shipping to Illinois. This means you may save on taxes when ordering from other states.
Can I make changes to my order?
