What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives with any damage, we’ll make it right—fast.

Inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage (even just to the box), please note it when signing.

Can’t open it right away? Write “possible damage” on the delivery receipt just in case.

If there is damage, send us clear photos as soon as possible at support@studiocrafthouse.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund—typically within 1 business day.
