What is your Return Policy?

At Studio Craft House, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@studiocrafthouse.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

2 Pioneer DJ XPRS122 12" Full Range Active Loudspeaker

The Pioneer DJ XPRS122 Full Range Active Loudspeaker. The XPRS2 Series employs Class D Amplification with high output wattage for a powerful and premiere audio experience for performers and listeners alike. Pioneer DJ’s all-new XPRS2 Series features a sleek all-black, protective plywood cabinet for performance in harsh indoor and outdoor environments. The series models all come with a durable handle to support system portability and handling during setup and take down. The XPRS2 Series also features rubber feet to create separation and shock absorption between surfaces.

Four DSP Modes

Both of the XPRS2 full-range speakers contain four different DSP preset modes—Live, Music, Speech and Floor Monitor to address the needs of different listening environments.

XPRS122 Full Range Speaker Design

The XPRS122 is the larger full range speaker counterpart in Pioneer DJ’s XPRS2 Series. Featuring a 12” woofer and 3” voice coil with a 1” exit compression driver and 1.75” voice coil, the speakers deliver comprehensive sound coverage across mid to large audiences and venues. Boasting a frequency response of 48 Hz – 20 kHz and a maximum SPL of 131 dB, the versatile full range speaker delivers powerful sound built to thrive in even the harshest of sound environments such as a live DJ set

The Pioneer DJ CVR-XPRS122, Cover for Xprs122 DJ Speaker - Black is a speaker cover that is designed to protect your XPRS2 series speakers from dust, dirt, and scratches. It is made from a durable 600D Black PE exterior fabric and has 10mm of internal padding to provide added protection. The cover also has a storage pocket for cables and accessories. The CVR-XPRS122 is compatible with the PIONEER DJ XPRS122 12-inch Active Speaker.

The CVR- XPRS covers boast a durable 600D Black PE exterior fabric, specially selected to withstand the rigors of constant use and protect your valuable XPRS2 speakers from dust, dirt, and scratches. This robust material ensures your investment remains in pristine condition, gig after gig.

10mm Internal Padding

420D Black PE Internal Fabric

Handle Access Cutouts
